No. Solenterprises Document Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We provide document preparation and organization. If you need legal advice for your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
How fast is turnaround?
Starter: 2–4 business days. Professional: 2–5 business days. Enterprise: 3–7 business days (priority options available). Complex projects or large document sets may require additional time—if so, you’ll be notified immediately after intake review.
What are revisions?
Revisions are updates based on your feedback after you review the draft documents. Starter includes 1 revision round, Professional includes 2 revision rounds, and Enterprise includes unlimited revisions for 14 days.
Do you handle signatures or notarization?
We deliver documents formatted for signature. If you need notarization, requirements vary by state and document type; we can provide guidance on what to bring and how to complete it, but notarization is completed through a notary service.
What if I need more than my package includes?
No problem—additional documents can be added at a per-document rate, or you can upgrade your package. Many clients choose the Monthly Document Concierge for ongoing support.
