Do you require source files?

Yes. Exports plus editable source files are required where applicable (design, video, web). Organized delivery is part of acceptance.

Is the work remote?

Most roles can be remote. Production roles (photo/video) may require on-site days depending on project location.

Can I apply for multiple lanes?

Yes — but only apply for lanes you can deliver professionally. If you’re multi-skilled, show proof in your portfolio.
